Why Should I enter the EM Rochdale Awards?

The EM Awards will honour and generate public recognition of the efforts, accomplishments, and positive contributions of the winners as well as increase the profile of the companies and individuals among the press, the business community, and the general public.

Judging is meticulous, so you should apply only if you can answer 'yes' to the following below

Does your business have a base in Rochdale?
Does your business employ staff or will create jobs in the future?
Do you believe your business is one of the best?
Can you demonstrate success?

Do I need to be trading?

The business needs to be currently trading, the length of time that you have been trading is not so important provided you can meet the criteria and show innovation and success.

Who will Judge the Awards?

An independent panel of judges will be selected from leading banks, business schools, government, public and private sector organisations. All are selected for their business expertise, experience and knowledge.

How much time should I spend on completing my entry form?

Take a couple of days to complete the entry form. All the questions are important and need careful consideration. Make sure you plan and work towards the criteria
