EM Rochdale Awards 200417th September 2004. Look out for the Prestigious Event of the Year: EM Rochdale Awards 2004 An Inaugural event to recognise and reward the achievements of ethnic minority businesses within the borough of Rochdale was held at Rochdale Town Hall. The most remarkable, inspirational and successful businesses in various fields were awarded at a gala dinner. Community awards were presented to ethnic minority individuals who have excelled in their outstanding work to serve the community.
